Felt disappointed as its natural disaster that causes the no show. The hotel should have provide more flexibility and assistance to such unforeseen circumstances. -
Nice spacious room n great location . But housekeeping service a-bit poor . They do not clean ur floor nor arrange everything nicely . Room soundproofing quite bad that you can hear noisy cars and bikes exhaust

Rooms: Clean and well maintained. A/C was cold. Toilets were all functioning well.
Wifi: Free wifi for guest. But do enter the password in your internet browser.
Services: The … More staff are all well trained and professional in their jobs. They attend the guest well. Do keep it up.
Food: There's a restaurant below the hotel. Which serves various fusion of western and asian menu. From fried rice, noodles to pasta and desserts. The food and cocktails were actually not bad at all during this writing (2/2024).
Location: The place is located at galacity kuching. A walking distance to nearby restaurants, cafe, bistro, coffee shops, bar, convenient store and dessert bar. You can open ur google map for more. You need coupon for ur parking btw.
Overall its not a bad place for an overnight stay. -

It was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience to stay at one of Kuching's newest n best value for money boutique hotel. Staffs are really friendly … More n efficient. The dining and Cafe serves amazing food n coffee and is comparable to the standards we are used to in Australia.

Dining at the hotel is exceptionally delicious, and the prices are also quite reasonable. Be sure to try the beef noodles. The restaurant is often full, so if you're coming with a larger group, it's better to make a reservation in advance.
I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. -
