First time to Kuching and checking new hotel. Check in late and realized the air conditioning is too cold and module switch for centralised is not working. The staff tend to me at 1am replacing the module to ensure it works. Very new and very clean hotel with no frills. Food at cafe is great too. Serve beer below lobby. Would recommend to anyone who is seeking a clean and nice place to stay. Keep up the good work Rume Team.

Hotel is so so only, from far it is nice, but in details, it’s below the price.

BTW, the phone is way too bright after you turn off the lights 😂

Location is great and quite convenient to go around the city

Nice lobby and ordered coffee, cake and juice but took ages and the milk was burnt. Room was in the first floor and heard loud music from 7am from the breakfast room even though we asked for quiet room. Room was adequate but had snagging issues in the bathroom. Bathroom double use door was a good idea but not sure if it saved any space. By the way can hotels stop taking damage deposits since we booked with credit cards ?

Solid hotel at a strategic location. Apart from the core essentials like bedding, small desk, and towels, the facility is unfortunately quite barebone, but the location is fantastic, especially for leisure visitors. No problem recommending this to anyone looking for a simple place to stay for their business trip or vacation.

The hotel is located in a superb area, situated in Galacity, which is surrounded by a variety of food options.

The soundproofing of the hotel is effective. While you might hear sounds from other rooms in the corridor, once you’re inside your own room, there is no more noise. The floors are carpeted.

Dining at the hotel is exceptionally delicious, and the prices are also quite reasonable. Be sure to try the beef noodles. The restaurant is often full, so if you’re coming with a larger group, it’s better to make a reservation in advance.

I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
